1. Is training free with purchased machines?
   • Basic training about operating of machines, which will take 2 days, is free with every machine purchased.
2. How long will it take for you to transfer and install machines?
   • Normally it takes 3 weeks to bring machines to Moscow and install them.
3. Is there any support?
   • All machines sold have 6 month of guaranty with Full Technical support.

5. Can you give me a rough idea on what kind of space is most suitable for the machine, how much it shall be?
   • Bigger than Machine sizes given.
   • Room temperature, not cold.
